The Brewing Process
Here at Hooch Booch we do things a little differently. We aren’t going to let you in on alllll of our secret recipes but here’s a glimpse into our process. First, we start the non-alcoholic tea brewing process where we brew black and green tea then add cane sugar to feed the SCOBY. Then the SCOBY or “Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast” is added which gives all the better-for-you benefits to our products! Simultaneously, we brew a hard tea which creates the alcohol of our boozy booch. Then, we blend the two together to create our base which we add the flavors to to create Hooch Booch!
